Hello, a purchase made on the site Picksea the 20 /august /2019 for a waterproof bag for a total value of ***,. I received quite quickly the 23 /aoÅ"t and as soon as I receive the package I realize that it does not suit me, I return it within the hour with the return form as indicated in the package and shipping costs of *** at my expense in collissimo .SO, I paid twice for transport for an unfortunate thing to ***, total cost *** . The next time I buy from a small merchant near me. Since then I have no news from this site or anyone else, nor refund, my consumer association will be notified when I return from vacation. It is certain that on *** the problem would already be settled. It is all the same regrettable that the example comes from America. It goes without saying that I am not at all satisfied and that to put 1 star while at A is worth only 0.

The delivery time was respected and the packaging was impeccable. The only problem I had was the name of my city that I had to rewrite twice. I must admit that I feel uncomfortable with computer questionnaires where the corrections (and even the answers) to be made are not at all obvious...it may be a question of age!

The announced deadlines are not held ... why announce deadlines that increment of expectations. Still not received my package to date ... Wake up 🙁 !

Hello, it's been more than 8 days since I placed my order and you specify a delivery within a week, which is not the case. it wouldn't be serious if you kept your customers informed with a little email. worried, I called last night and a lady answered that I would have an email next week to get an answer. I'm still at the same stage today.

I am not satisfied at the moment; there is a delay for my order which has still not arrived. The exchanges with the customer service are rare or non-existent. I have had only one answer to my numerous questions. I don't find this very serious, but I hope that my order (a birthday present for my son) will arrive very soon.
