Order placed on August 3rd with a delivery announced under 7 days. On the 13th, despite an unanswered email and a useless phone call, I simply know that the boss is on vacation until August 26th and that only he has visibility on my delivery! We do better as reactivity!

No information on the progress of my order. I had to complain on the FB page to get a contact. Unacceptable delivery time (11 days from my purchase to shipping) (may be justified but not explained). For a 1st purchase I am very disappointed

Hello I am really disappointed by the site picksea. Indeed I placed my order on Sunday June 30th. I had news of my order on July 10th specifying that it was sent via collisimo. We are on July 16th and I still haven't received anything for a use on July 18th. Indeed I was counting on these bags for a delivery. In parallel and the same day of order on June 30 I bought shirts via cafe coton. The next day I received a notice of shipment. And was delivered on Thursday July 4. The shipping costs were also offered. Comparison obliges I do not hide you my disappointment for my first test on your site. Not sure to come back. Sincerely ***
