The sales service is quite decent but it is at the level of delivery that I was strongly disappointed. Having taken a delivery of 24 /48h guaranteed, I expected to receive my bag in time. But it took about ten days, and the bag was not even delivered to the right address. This delay forced me to borrow a bag from friends who ended up with mine that they had to send back to my current address... at their own expense.
