Unlike other sites, the product I ordered was delivered quickly and with a good quality-price ratio. Note that the 2 other sites specializing in eyewear, have proceeded to refund quickly because this model was no longer in stock despite the contrary displayed on their web page. So for this 1st order I am very satisfied

I was very satisfied with the speed of processing and shipping of my order. Nevertheless I am very disappointed because the bag ordered is for a gift, but it does not correspond to the photos. It is the yellow Nano bag. It is indicated in small that the straps no longer exist. However, the person who will receive the gift had not seen it and was fooled by the photos. The return service being deplorable, (because my shipping costs are at my expense and the refund is not even provided), the person will receive a bag that he does not like and that costs a certain price. It would be wise to change the photos of the site too!
