I placed an order and as soon as I did, I checked that I had entered a wrong date. I sent 3 messages from the website 2 minutes after placing the order and yet I received no response to any of them and received the product with the wrong date. Non-existent customer service!!

Hello, I just put into service the lamp representing Julian Alaphilippe. There was indeed a protective plastic on the front face of the lamp, but there was none on the back part, and it is full of scratches that are visible and unfortunately do not enhance the lamp. Order delivered quickly, there is nothing to say about that. However, the frame support does not work under load, had to put batteries. The photo frame is scratched on some corners, luckily I opened it to check before giving it as a gift. I am really disappointed.
