Nice work but the touch base doesn't work

My order is arravid damaged.

Did not receive parcel at home as expected, yet paid. Delivered at relay point.

The package was supposed to arrive on December 23/24...to date there is no news of it !!!! I checked it has been stopped for 4 days...!!!!

The quality is very poor and does not look at all like the pictures show. The gift was intended as a Christmas present and I ordered it over a week before Christmas. The website said until 3 days before Christmas that it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, this was not the case - the parcel only arrived 6 days later, i.e. almost 2 weeks after the order was placed, even though it was advertised as 48 hours shipping EU-wide. Even when I asked the support there was no helpful answer only a copy paste answer that the order is in production. Rarely experienced such a bad service unfortunately you can not give zero stars 1 star is unfortunately already too much for such a bottomless performance.

A little small and not very well finished for the price.

I have sent an e-mail saying that the foot of the turtle is defective. But I haven't received a reply from them yet. Now it's still here and couldn't give it away. I am disappointed.

I paid an additional 6.99 euros to receive it within 24 hours, but it arrived 72 hours later and I have not been reimbursed for the express delivery request.

Disappointed with the product full of scratches on the plexiglass

Unfortunately, the goods we ordered arrived defective and despite sending an email, there was no response. For what you pay for them, such a response is unworthy.

The 3D photo is scratched and it's not very professional. I told myself when I bought French that it would be of better quality, but I see that it's not the case.

The delivery is disastrous I ordered a parcel on December 10th paying for a 48/72h home delivery I had to wait 11 days before receiving it and the deliveryman put it in a relay point without even trying at my home.

The quality is really poor. I spent 50 euros for a product worth 20. I will not repurchase.
