This message is addressed to a supplier, you can modify it for a more factual message please: I paid delivery fees of €9.90 via UPS for next day home delivery, as indicated at the time of payment. However, not only was the package delivered a day late, but it also was not delivered to my home. I had to go pick it up at a pickup point. There was indeed a protective plastic on the front face of the lamp, but there was none on the back part, and it is full of scratches that are visible and unfortunately do not enhance the lamp.
