This message is addressed to a supplier, you can modify it for a more factual message please: I paid delivery fees of €9.90 via UPS for next day home delivery, as indicated at the time of payment. However, not only was the package delivered a day late, but it also was not delivered to my home. I had to go pick it up at a pickup point. Please do not communicate misleading information in order to charge additional delivery fees to your customers. I am very disappointed with your UPS delivery service. Good evening

You made a mistake with the engraved writing, I double-checked and the phrase I wrote was correct. Then to remove parts of the phrase, it should be communicated to the customer and then ask which part of the phrase to eliminate.

Hello, I just put into service the lamp representing Julian Alaphilippe. There was indeed a protective plastic on the front face of the lamp, but there was none on the back part, and it is full of scratches that are visible and unfortunately do not enhance the lamp. I hope you can provide me with a solution to remedy this, please. Thank you in advance. Christophe

I am delighted with what I ordered because it corresponds exactly to the photo; however, I am terribly disappointed with the carrier UPS because it specifies that the order will be delivered in 24/48h GUARANTEED and I had to wait more than 5 days to receive it, so I am terribly disappointed with the carrier and with you for using this company. First time I ordered and unfortunately it will be the last time.
