I ordered 3 lamps. Two are perfect, the third has scratches on the plate. After several days of exchanging emails and photos, I received a new plate that was also scratched. I deplore the uneven quality of the plates produced and the complexity of the after-sales service to exchange them. So much for this Christmas present, I give up.

I didn't receive the right batteries, and the holder with the hearts doesn't light up pink as stipulated. It vaguely follows the colors of the other holder with the photo, hardly perspectible. Disappointed

When I ordered, I paid for a home delivery which did not take place.ups the only carrier who could not find my address. I had 3 messages announcing a delivery and a postponement.I ordered on Friday and was able to pick up my package 10 days later (commitment within 48 hours). Your answer is there is nothing we can do. I bought the base with a clock radio except that there is no radio.

Delivery time ok, the problem is the delivery company which is not very advantageous (I had to leave my work to be able to receive my parcel), the quality of impression lazer could have been more precise, the cuttings are very good. I don't think I'll recommend it again.

Hello, I knew your products on a market in St Pierre la Mer in the beyond and I was told that I could buy personalized products on your site with the solcle that I bought from them, I made an order of 2 personalized items, the price with the promised discount, delivery everything is perfect, jump that your plate is wider than those needed for my base and nothing is stipulated on the site, fortunately it works but it is not stable, it's really too bad.
