I am not disappointed with the pdt itself, only I provided a photo that was not adapted, we did not make a return on this subject and so I am very disappointed with the result the face of my daughter is cut it's really a shame

We try to explain it as well as possible in our fore to the question. When a photo is really not adapted, we warn by mail and put the order on hold. The product was very well packed and therefore protected and up to my expectations in terms of light, connections, tactility of the base. A little disappointed with the image of the lamp which was not very clear, and the price which is still quite high.

The lamp is very nice. However, I received it with a slight detachment at the base. I was surprised to have a USB connection. I had to buy an adapter. It might be good to have a little clearer descriptions on this subject.

We do our best to make it as clear as possible on the site. Our bases with USB connection are supplied with a cable. We also offer bases for sale on our site, but these have to be paid for additionally.

Very nice surprise the photo lamp! The image was well reworked and adjusted as agreed upon at the time of the order; this shows the group's benevolence towards its customers. A quality job! However, it seems that I had taken a lighted base with batteries, but it does not light up if it is not plugged into an outlet despite the presence of these batteries... I wanted to avoid the presence of this cable. Kind regards
