Disappointed, I had ordered a few years ago and we had received a beautiful lamp engraved on glass. So I ordered again with my eyes closed and what a surprise to discover a plexiglass instead of glass... Too bad, if I need to place an order of this type again, I will go and see what is done by the competition...

The principle is great. I ordered a Harley Davidson lamp. In the package, there is unfortunately a small piece of broken plastic representing the rear view mirror. The product is fine. I wasn't satisfied with the delivery however. I paid the extra money for 24-hour delivery by Fedex, and I didn't receive the lamp until 5 days later. There was a bank holiday and weekend in between, so I would have understood if it had taken 2-3 days, but this was way too long. I sent an e-mail to pictyourlamp.com to which I received a short and formal answer, and when I asked for reimbursement of the extra costs, pictyourlamp never got back to me.
