Everything worked well! Only an order confirmation has been missing! Otherwise everything ok!
Fast delivery and very good product for small price
The goods are cöllig ok, but since I ordered and paid Express the order took 4 business days to be delivered. The company ignored my request for a refund of the express surcharge although it was clearly evident in the delivery process that there were delays in transport.

The lamp is very nice. However, I received it with a slight detachment at the base. I was surprised to have a USB connection. I had to buy an adapter. It might be good to have a little clearer descriptions on this subject.
We do our best to make it as clear as possible on the site. Our bases with USB connection are supplied with a cable. We also offer bases for sale on our site, but these have to be paid for additionally.

I ordered 3 lamps. When I received my order I only had 2 in my package. I am looking in vain for a phone number to contact you but no one answers the phone. I sent an email as this is the only way we can reach you. They sent me back the missing lamp and when I unpacked it was missing the base. So I had to again make a mail. The result is that no one got their gift on time and I had to buy another gift while waiting to get my photo lamp.

The lamps are well manufactured on this point no problem, on the other hand level light it is really weak, I do not agree with the naming "lamp" that should be replaced by "night light" term less misleading for the consumer...
You need to use the remote control on the base to choose the intensity of light you want.

Very nice photo print but a little disappointed with the quality and lightness of the product. I hope this gift will still make an impact
Big problems between the plexi plates and the lighting supports. The plates do not fit in all the supports and one plate (magic hat) only fits on the wooden support. The diversity of the supports purchased has allowed us to find compromises in terms of functioning, to the detriment of an inter-changeability allowing the rotation of plates in different rooms. A bevel on the base of the plates entering the slots of the supports would be very useful, as realized on plates bought on a Christmas market and coming from the same sign according to the publicity provided.

Please note that the slots in our different bases are not the same size, so they can't accommodate the same plates. When you buy, be careful to choose the plate you want to match the base. I am actually satisfied. However, I have due goods within the action nimm 3 zahle 2 bought and although I had 3 items in the cart I had to pay all three. That is, their action has not been right and I had thereby also 1.9 euros extra costs. I will probably buy nothing more from you. Furthermore the size of the DINA4 Yoshi is not right, it is not 20x30 cn but much less! And for all that your prices are pretty high!
nous sommes désolé de ces désgréments. Après vérification l'offre dont vous parlez était valable sur toutes les lampes du site (catalogues et personnalisées) cependant votre 3ème article était un socle seul qui ne rentrait pas dans l'offre. Je n'ai pas trouvé d’e-mail de votre part à ce sujet, nous aurions pu faire un geste à ce sujet.
Pour ce qui est des dimensions de la lampe Yoshi, comme pour toutes les autres lampes, les formats A5 et A4 sont des standards pour "grand et "petit". Nous devons ensuite respecter les proportions des visuels. Chaque modèle a ses propre proportions, de ce fait les lampes n'ont pas toutes les mêmes dimensions.
