The models lack a lot of information about the product. Despite the email exchanges with the store, I chose the model with landscape format and the store confirmed by email the landscape format. But the final product is in portrait format. The change was made without consulting me because the graphic designer considered that the rendering would be better. It is a personalized product but the designer's point of view is more important than the customer's wish.

Fast delivery and very good product for small price

The goods are cöllig ok, but since I ordered and paid Express the order took 4 business days to be delivered. The company ignored my request for a refund of the express surcharge although it was clearly evident in the delivery process that there were delays in transport.

The lamp is very nice. However, I received it with a slight detachment at the base. I was surprised to have a USB connection. I had to buy an adapter. It might be good to have a little clearer descriptions on this subject.

I sent an email as this is the only way we can reach you. They sent me back the missing lamp and when I unpacked it was missing the base. So I had to again make a mail. The result is that no one got their gift on time and I had to buy another gift while waiting to get my photo lamp.
