Good logistics, good quality. 2 small remarks: I thought I would have a better quality of photo, up close it seems a little pixelated to me. It's also a pity that we are not given the choice to "center" the photo as we wish during the conception! Anyway, the proposed product is great as a gift idea!

Hello the lamp and impeccable except the delivery man who opened the box to put in the letterbox he did not bother to knock on the door so the birthday present is spoiled because my husband had it all opened and not wrapped I had to order several lamps my eyesight what happened I will not buy anymore it's a pity.

Great gift for my aunt who was very happy and I was a little disappointed because in the picture it would have looked like glass and it's plexiglass but otherwise great.

You ordered an alarm clock base. Which base did you receive? If we made a mistake, we will fix it without delay.
All of our alarm clocks are USB plug in, so I don't understand the detail in your comment or you say you don't have one on your base.

The base received has a slot too wide compared to the Plexiglas. I had to compensate with pellets glued to the bottom of the Plexiglas. Both products come from you.

Pretty good but error in the base, I had to send the base back for exchange.
Package lost in the mail, after 10 days I still had nothing, the customer service made me wait another 5 days to re-ship me the order.
We were supposed to receive the lamps for Christmas, so we got them on the 31st. 12 days of delivery is too long. Otherwise the lamps are very good, my children were happy in the end. But it's a pity.
Order received broken, sent back a second time but too late for the anniversary.
It does not say that the Bluetooth speaker does not have a remote control. Nice lamp but disappointed.
