Delivery time takes too long
The customer service / quality is deplorable I have not had any acknowledgement of receipt of order. I sent several emails before getting a misleading answer telling me that my order was lost and then telling me that they had too many orders. I received my order in accordance with my request. Instead of 72 hours I got it after 30 days

Unfortunately, the first lamp came mislabeled...have contacted customer service who then answered only after 10 days. There should be a new lamp on the way, hopefully that is then correctly labeled
On the website it says delivery 24-72 hours, I was expecting 1 week.
Deadline not respected and format error. No commercial gesture despite several emails.

The delivery has worked perfectly. But unfortunately, my request to you regarding the battery compartment has not been answered to date. I find that not so good. Because neither normal batteries or rechargeable batteries put the LED lamp in the light. Only via USB the LED lamp lights up. Why is there a battery or accumulator compartment??????
The photo on the custom lamp is not very visible. A little disappointed with the rendering.

Unclean processing, unfortunately not worth the money. Thus, absolutely none. Further recommendation these products.
Was not completely satisfied. It came wrong goods!
Disappointed because I had ordered batteries with my purchase but I did not receive them. Complicated to make a complaint on the site.

Lamps are quite o.k. But should get three for the price of two, but have received only two.
There was a problem with my remote controls. It's impossible to reach the service department. Otherwise I liked it.

A little disappointed with the rendering
Unfortunately, the lamp arrived broken here - has leaked - had to be returned - have ordered a new one though and hope that it works better this time.
The plexi glass does not fit in the support (too wide) waiting for the return

Lamp is super 😊 However, there was unfortunately a complaint with the base, which ran a bit slow. Is now but settled, but therefore unfortunately point deduction.

Delivery sent to a relay while paid to deliver to a home more received message dpd as delivered after received message time posted as delivered 2 hours later another message telling me delivered to a relay no address!.while should be delivered to a home! In addition claws Not very happy

The base works well but the lanbe is rough and there are some small hiccups in the manufacturing process.

Disappointed with this reception after 2 mails sent for problem of the base, automatic answers and no resolution of my problem.
The lamp is beautiful. Too bad I had also ordered the gift box and a usb socket but they were not in the package.
It is more a night light than a lamp, rather a gadget, for the price, not terrible
