I was forced to take an item to complete my order due to a cheap item around €17, except that the second item of a small amount was not at the reception of the order. To make matters worse, without being notified, the pickup point closed in July and August, a situation not warned at the time of the order. I went to search for my order, to finalize and find it at the DPD depot in Tresses, which is a trip of nearly sixty kilometers. Let's hope that such mishaps do not happen to other customers.
