Hello following my order, the package was supposed to be delivered to a relay point, unfortunately the package was returned to the sender. Big delivery problem

For the purchase of a part at €3, I paid €7 for shipping. Total €10 ..... No comments!!!
Shipping costs are not calculated based on the price of the parts but according to their weight.
It is true that the ordered part weighs less than 100g but you chose DPD shipping, and this is the same for the 0 to 1kg range.

Excellent service, quick response. However, the parts received, particularly the fuel filter for the Suzuki decanter filter, are not at all on par with the original Suzuki parts. This is a low-quality adaptable part. I ended up cleaning the original one and reinstalled it. Too bad. Otherwise, very good site.

For delivery it's terrible, I received the package on the 20th and I went to pick it up myself on December 30th at the depot knowing that I paid for delivery. There is nothing serious about all that.
