Slow, poorly informed, poorly managed
I placed two orders and the customer service, very helpful, contacted by phone, sent them together and refunded me one of the two shipping fees. Unfortunately, upon arrival there was only one of the two parts in the package.

I ordered a seal on February 9 As I had to leave for abroad and the package had not yet shipped by the 15th, I asked why... the package miraculously shipped the next day... but too late to retrieve it.. and with a signature which means I don't know if it's in the mailbox or went back to the sender... I am furious!!!

I ordered a part on August 22, 2023. At the time of my order, the delivery time was displayed as 15 days. The payment was immediate. And my part just arrived (on October 17, 2023). Then I was explained that they have no stock on site and depend on the manufacturer and its availability. But in this case, do not state delivered within 15 days.... I could not enjoy my boat at the end of the season because of this part on hold and this stockless sales policy. I will never order from this site again. And I regret having done so. Delivery not compliant with the order and impossible to reach them
My order has already taken a lot of time to be processed, and out of 3 pieces I only received one. And the one received is not complete. I got the fitting but not the collar that was in the item description

You contacted us because the maintenance kit was delivered with Sierra Premium oil instead of Quicksilver. Please note that Quicksilver is currently out of stock on this oil until April.
Sierra oil is of 100% quality equivalent to Quicksilver, which is why we automatically make the replacement.
