After receiving my order, I noticed that something was missing or it was added, but it was not the original parts for the engine that were supposed to arrive, so I managed to find other used parts and not the 9 that I received, so I was missing a gasket and a spring, so I will never order from you again, thank you.

This is correct and it was clearly stated on our site as all items are listed with their brand. These thermostat kits do not exist as such in original.
You also indicate that you were missing parts.
