Too bad for this late delivery. 3 weeks?

I cannot blame the product as I still have not received it. Ordered to have it on site for my arrival during my trip (1200 km) after 4 days of waiting I will have to return without having finished having received nothing despite paying for shipping fees. So the product may be good but the shipping service is absolutely not up to par.

Order placed at the beginning of April for a product indicated in stock. At the end of May I still have not received the pump. After several requests for information where I am told 15 days of additional delay each time, I am still waiting. No commercial gesture or proposal for an equivalent product, just a refund proposal. I remind you that it has been 8 weeks of waiting so I am not satisfied, nor with the responses provided.
