I bought a propeller on sale. Since choosing a propeller is delicate, I asked for confirmation by email. Response in less than 2 hours. Delivery to a relay point was done in less than 4 days. Now this propeller is mounted and gives satisfaction. Another positive point on the website is the possibility to download the diagrams for all outboard motors. Piecesbateaux is a site to recommend

After ordering my parts, I received them more than 3 weeks later? Just for drain plugs for the lower unit and engine for 5 HP motors. Don't be in a hurry and especially if they had given me their delivery time I wouldn't have ordered from them.

You placed your order on 27/11. Due to a stock shortage of the cap at Honda, we could only ship your order on 10/12. But that does not explain the delay.
You are located in Switzerland, and in the current health context, the transport of parcels coming from France is disrupted.

A little more care could be taken with the packaging of fragile parts to avoid bending or distortion, e.g. paper gaskets when placed with other parts in the same package. Fast delivery.
