As of 21/05/2019, it has been a month since my engine has been opened and I am waiting for a very basic part (water pump), I have been sent the wrong model twice and I am accused of not having provided the engine numbers, which has been done several times. Anyway, Anaïs is responsive by email but in the end for not much and I advise you not to call the technical service, they just give you the runaround and ask you to send an email that the technician will not read.

For some items, a sufficiently precise description is missing. I bought a priming bulb that I thought had no anti-return device: missed, upon unpacking it turns out that the bulb is equipped with such a system. Given the cost of the product and shipping fees, I threw the product away.
