After navigating the site which is very pleasant and quickly finding what I was looking for, I placed my order on a Sunday evening, my order was prepared on Monday morning and then shipped. I received my order as expected on Wednesday... at each step of my order I was informed. I recommend PIECESBATEAUX to everyone.

After a mishap with the technical service that, by phone, did not advise me the correct timing belt, (with a shipment of the wrong belt...) the sales service resolved this problem very quickly and very effectively to allow me to have my engine serviced on time to go on vacation.
