After receiving my order, I noticed that something was missing or it was added, but it was not the original parts for the engine that were supposed to arrive, so I managed to find other used parts and not the 9 that I received, so I was missing a gasket and a spring, so I will never order from you again, thank you.

First order and very disappointed, I ordered two seals, one for the seawater pump and the other for the bearing seal, neither of them is suitable for seawater, they are really not worth their price. Moreover, regarding the shipping costs for a weight of 190g, my order could have been shipped by post to my mailbox instead of going to a relay point. And to conclude, the merchant does not have stock, I received my order eight days later..

The seals we provided you are compliant with manufacturer standards and perfectly suited for marine use.
Thousands of seals are supplied by this supplier for marine use.
On what technical basis can you assert that they are not suitable?
If they do not meet your expectations, you can always return the seals to us and they will be refunded.
Regarding the delay, it was specified on each product sheet on our site that the supply time for these references is 5 days. Therefore, the processing time of your order is perfectly compliant.
Finally, regarding the pickup point, you yourself chose this option.

Order placed on 11/08 on 21/08 still no news I call many times obviously no one answers. I send an email and there I am informed that my part is not available while it is on the site! No email to inform me that the order would be delayed or anything ... in fact they take orders without being sure they can fulfill them. After 12 days I canceled and requested a refund. They are not ready to see me again.

After ordering my parts, I received them more than 3 weeks later? Just for drain plugs for the lower unit and engine for 5 HP motors. Don't be in a hurry and especially if they had given me their delivery time I wouldn't have ordered from them.

Hello, I have received my order but the problem is that the sealing O-ring of the piston rod is not the correct diameter, while the kit is intended for all engines from 35hp to 115hp, mine is a 75hp from 1996. They should specify the year of the engines because there is no return of parts yet the package is not opened.
It is very difficult to have exhaustive descriptions of the parts.
Regarding Mercury parts, the year is not the criterion that validates the compatibility of a part. Only the engine serial number allows for verification.
Our technical service is available to our customers for any reference verification and responds very quickly.

I regret to note that their business practices are more than questionable. The images provided as illustrations of the product do not correspond to what they actually deliver; if you order original parts, they deliver the white product version. (supposedly you did not specify). but at the price of the original! Then if you are not satisfied, they offer you a €5 voucher for your next purchase, this way they can get you a second time. Never again!!

As of 21/05/2019, it has been a month since my engine has been opened and I am waiting for a very basic part (water pump), I have been sent the wrong model twice and I am accused of not having provided the engine numbers, which has been done several times. Anyway, Anaïs is responsive by email but in the end for not much and I advise you not to call the technical service, they just give you the runaround and ask you to send an email that the technician will not read.

Error in the order, 8 mm pipe delivered instead of 6 mm. It can happen, no problem. But not making the exchange right away, waiting several days before being able to receive the correct product.... too bad.

Order arrived very quickly but does not correspond and head gasket bent and broken in the packaging.

In the case of your order, it is a spark plug wrench that we regularly sell. So far, customers who have purchased this item are satisfied. As it is a mechanical key, we do not understand how this material could break, especially since a spark plug must be screwed in by hand until it contacts, then use the key for a light torque (and without leverage)
In the case of a break during loosening, significant resistance is abnormal, and the use of a penetrating oil is recommended.
In any case, using the tool until its breakage (for the installation/removal of a spark plug) shows that something else is at play.
