Too long delays 8 days instead of 48 hours planned and missing item in the order and especially no delivery note in the order

In the case of your order of 10 different references (14 items), indeed 1 item (the Thermostat) experienced a stockout that was not reported to us by our supplier. Therefore, the update of our site did not follow.
We also have the habit of systematically notifying our customers one by one when the shipping delay is slowed down or a part is no longer available due to this type of stock discrepancy.
We had obviously taken care to refund you for the unavailable part.
