For an order placed and paid since November 7, 2018, for which I was assured that delivery would be at the latest by November 20. To this day, I still have not been delivered and without any explanation if I had inquired on November 19; by phone. Being a boat rental company, I intended to work regularly with you, I had already prepared another order but I think I will look elsewhere. Regards.

In the case of your order, we took care to inform you directly that the HELICE "BLACK MAX" MERCURY MARINER 40 TO 125hp 13-1/4X17 reference 77350A45 required a restocking from the Mercury factory which brought the availability of the item to our warehouses to November 20. We want to clarify this notion because it is not possible for us to estimate a delivery time in the DOM-TOM given the customs delay.
Mercury, from whom we are delivered every day, finally delivered us on November 22. To avoid any accumulation of delays, we decided to ship this item strictly the same day to your address in Martinique.
All our shipments benefit from tracking that allows you to be informed in real-time of the location of your package.
Unfortunately, we do not control the customs delays in the DOM-TOM which are very variable.
Our team that managed your package is at your complete disposal to offer you a commercial gesture to compensate for the delay and to count you among our more than 22,000 clients.

Hello, The product does not quite match, in reality the speedometer stops at 60MPH and not 65MPH as indicated on your site.
I bought a propeller with the size advice from the technical service. After testing, the propeller does not fit. I am offered to take it back only if I have not used it. I reply that it was impossible for me to know it would not fit without mounting it. I ask them to exchange it for the dimensions initially requested. They tell me that the dimension does not exist in this propeller. I prove to them that the requested dimension does exist. They apologize for their mistake but still refuse to take back the propeller. I am offered to reorder the requested propeller with a discount at my expense as if I had made a mistake. I do not accept their proposal so my review is withdrawn.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, It was the first time I placed an order on your site. My order was delivered but it was not the right part. I reported it and was given a free return label. I returned the wrong part and was then delivered the new part, everything worked perfectly. However, the delay: I could not repair my engine which was not on site in the time I wanted because it took a month for delivery. I am not satisfied with that at all. In the future, I will find another site. Thank you, best regards.

What we expect from online sales is responsiveness, after 4 days your technician still hadn't communicated the additional references to validate my purchases, I hastily placed my order to receive it on time for my boat's outing, after 4 days it still hadn't left your place because you were waiting for items from one of your suppliers, I only had a week, it's without comments ...
Shipped material not conforming to my request and I have to pay the return shipping costs!

Not happy
Very long delivery time. Not to mention that I received the order in two parts. Worse still, the type 33c cable I ordered is not at all a type 33c cable...

Order not received, mediocre customer service. Site to avoid

Your package was shipped 48 hours after your order on December 16, 2017.
In your case, the relay point in charge of receiving your Mercury Mariner propeller refused your package on 2 successive occasions, and this for unknown reasons. Following your report, we filed a complaint with the Post Office, which handles the transport of our packages.
We took care to refund you the totality of your order as well as the shipping costs once the complaint was submitted to the Post Office.
Indeed, our customer service was closed due to the end-of-year holidays, and we had taken care to specify this in writing during the order validation steps.

In the case of your order, indeed the Mercruiser V8 5.7L SKI ignition kit (1985-95) experienced a stock outage that was not reported to us by our supplier. Therefore, the update of our site did not follow.
We also have a habit of systematically notifying our customers one by one when the shipping delay is slowed down or a part is no longer available due to this type of stock discrepancy.
In this case, we always offer to refund the item if you are not willing to wait for the additional delay.
In your case, the decision was to wait. And we shipped the item via Chronopost Express at our expense.

Pros: Speed Price Cons: Did not receive the right part 3 weeks without news regarding my problem high shipping costs €8.60 for a tube of grease and a turbine kit (17% of the order price in shipping costs!) As of today, I still do not have the part corresponding to my engine and I do not know if I will be able to get a refund for my order.
