Phone service OK, but I was guaranteed receipt of the package within J+2/4 max, J+7 still nothing... A bit long... Is the DPD carrier at fault? Late handover of the package to the carrier? I don't know, in any case, I chose this site because it seemed faster than the others...

Delivery times too long
A bit light for the use and protection of the boat console.
The part arrived incomplete and therefore unusable in its state. The response from the site, "I inform the supplier" Since it is American, we are not likely to get a response soon.

We informed you on June 22 that due to a global cyber attack on Mercury, it was not possible for us to provide you with Mercury belts.
We offered you alternative belts that we sent to you on June 26. You were free to refuse our proposal but you accepted it. We would have refunded you then.
Mercury is not a manufacturer of belts, the products sent meet all the same quality criteria. Mercury services are now operational. If you wish to exchange or refund, you can return the belts in their original packaging.

Very good product. The only downside is the preparation and transport time
Almost perfect!!!! I had to modify the stainless steel plate under the turbine to be able to place it at the level of the forward/reverse selection axis!!! good delay, good delivery service! reasonable price.

The indicated dimensions correspond well to the product, but if your boat has a cabin or a central console, you need to either take a larger size tarp or choose a model designed for this type of boat.

Everything is perfect except the delivery which is long, and it's a shame that you have to provide a code to the delivery person
Delivery times too long which delayed the launch by more than 1 month. Impossible to contact the site to find out why. I eventually got the reason for the delay but I had to buy the anti fooling elsewhere.
Order taken into account and fast delivery... but... The cap equipped with its gauge for my Yamaha tank looks like the original but the screwing of it on the tank is excessively tight... too bad!

Problem with delivery, wrong relay. The received part is a customer return accompanied by the invoice of the person with their contact details. Not great. Otherwise, the part corresponds to my order.
I received my order but in the box I did not have the drain seal. Just an open empty plastic bag. So I don't know if it came from you or if the seal fell out during unpacking because the bag was not closed. That's why I didn't make a complaint. Best regards
I ordered a Mercury 9.9 hp 4T engine overhaul kit and the oil tube from the lower unit is 237ml while the quantity is 320ml (p66 user manual) So no boat this weekend, the B.... and shipping costs to add for a new order. The rest is fine but this is really annoying

Hello For the site, the merchandise, nothing to say but for the delivery, it's not the same. The cost is charged at €7 for a tracked envelope while the post actually charges this same envelope at €3.91. The weight of my part with the envelope is 71g. I find this very mediocre.
For the parts and for the delivery very good and very fast. However, very surprised, there are no corresponding screws.... ??
I confirm that the anode kit you ordered does not include the screws according to the photo on our site. Please note that Tecnoseal does not provide any screws in any anode kit.

We sincerely apologize for the delay of your order from February 13 shipped on March 7, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain original BRP parts.
We are dependent on the manufacturers' timelines and this can be very complicated for certain references, particularly with BRP. The only positive point is that we can still order original parts as more and more references are simply removed from the after-sales program.
