Ordered on 11/17/22 received on 12/01/22, too long delays and excessive price for two seals and shipping costs of 7 euros.
The seals you ordered had a supply delay of 5 days. Currently, there are indeed some delays with manufacturers at the end of the year, and we received your seals in 10 days.
As for shipping costs, these are mentioned at the time of ordering. Transport costs are becoming increasingly expensive today and we are forced to charge them to our customers.

Hello, I received my order very quickly but not the right part. It was for Yamaha and I received Evinrude/Jonhson.
The removal key you ordered is usable with the trim cylinders used by different manufacturers. But there are different possible keys. The dimensions of the hole spacing are clearly specified on the product sheet so that you can check against your needs. You ordered the 38mm, but there is also the 35mm and the 32mm.

The shipping and delivery are not up to your company. I chose home delivery and paid for it: DPD didn't even bother to come to my house (video doorbell as proof) and delivered directly to a relay point 10km from my home. I just picked up the package, it was very damaged. In particular, the packaging of the SUZUKI DF9.9 to DF70 thermostat was crushed and this fragile and expensive part (€70) was lying among the other items. Following our previous discussions, the parts you ordered are at the prices displayed by the manufacturer. Our prices are not higher than elsewhere.
You placed the order knowingly. If you found cheaper elsewhere, you are free not to order from us.

Good quality material. Welcoming contact person. But... on the site, presentation of unavailable material (- 1 star) For the second star less, please change the carrier, they let me down twice in less than 15 days with 2 different suppliers. Deliveries announced then canceled and impossible to get any information. This can only be detrimental to your image!
Not very happy with the part itself as none of my classic ratchet key squares fit that of the part. Maybe an adapter is needed, but this was not specified. Otherwise, order received quickly

Order received with 2 missing products, I made a complaint and for boat parts.com everything was fine on their side. I had to insist by justifying with the weight of the package given on the label, and that it could not correspond to my complete order. After that, an email notified me that the missing products had been resent to me. No apologies were addressed to me regarding the inconvenience caused nor about the fact that I had to prove my good faith when the fault was not mine at all. Sales service to be reviewed. The person I dealt with was named Anais.
I was forced to take an item to complete my order due to a cheap item around €17, except that the second item of a small amount was not at the reception of the order. To make matters worse, without being notified, the pickup point closed in July and August, a situation not warned at the time of the order. Oil filter offered on the site for a Mercruiser 4.3L does not match the original model.
