I ordered a seal on February 9 As I had to leave for abroad and the package had not yet shipped by the 15th, I asked why... the package miraculously shipped the next day... but too late to retrieve it.. and with a signature which means I don't know if it's in the mailbox or went back to the sender... I am furious!!!

But we would like to clarify the following. The seal you ordered had a supply delay of 10 days as specified on the product sheet.
You placed the order on February 9. We ordered the seal from the manufacturer on the same day.
We received the seal on February 16 and shipped it the same day.
Even if this delay did not meet your needs, it is in accordance with the indications on our site.
