I ordered original Mercruiser belts and received adaptable belts at the price of the originals as an unprofessional.
We are surprised by your feedback.
We informed you on June 22 that due to a global cyber attack on Mercury, it was not possible for us to provide you with Mercury belts.
We offered you alternative belts that we sent to you on June 26. You were free to refuse our proposal but you accepted it. We would have refunded you then.
Mercury is not a manufacturer of belts, the products sent meet all the same quality criteria. Mercury services are now operational. If you wish to exchange or refund, you can return the belts in their original packaging.
