Package very poorly done! delivered completely smashed...
When ordering and paying, the part was available, but in the end, no stock available (1st problem). Very penalizing when you have a immobilizing breakdown and are waiting for your part. Order of 08/08/18 arrived at their place on 13/08 (well, why not, you have to be patient after all, but it annoys), package sent to my vacation location on 14/08 via chronopost according to their claim. (2nd problem) By checking the order tracking on their site, I realize that in the end they sent me the package only on 17/08, so I was lied to and without making a pun, I was led on a boat from the beginning to the end! Summary: -a lot of time wasted with them on the phone, -lies from this company, -week of vacation reserved with the boat for nothing, -package arrived at my vacation location (+200kms) when I had returned home, -new shipment at my expense of the package, -no commercial effort in return. I specify that I ordered the part from them on the advice of the shipyard where I had left my boat because they thought I would get the part faster. (what a regret!). Now I especially know where not to go in case of new need!!! Otherwise, the part corresponds to the order (it's the only point that is not negative) PS: I would appreciate it if a sales manager could contact me please.

In the case of your order for a propeller and a hub on 08/08/18 in the evening, we processed it on 09/08/18 and it left our premises on 10/08/18.
Our sales department has avoided working with Chronopost for several months due to the significant lack of reliability, especially in the summer season (subcontracting...). We keep our customers informed of this fact.
We prefer Colissimo.
The delivery delays you suffered were due to the fact that for the first shipment on 10/08/18, the carrier made a routing error (the package went to the wrong sorting center) consequently the package returned to our premises on 16/08/18 (First complaint we made to the carrier).
The second shipment left our premises on the same day of 16/08/18 (picked up by the carrier at our premises) which was only registered on 17/08/08 for delivery on 20/08/18...!!! Even though we pay significant surcharges for next-day delivery before 1 PM including Saturday. (Second complaint we made to the carrier).
We are in dispute with the carrier on this matter, and we sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience caused, which we share.
We are nonetheless pleased that the propeller and the hub correspond to your request.

Rating 3 because one item was missing from the received order but a lot of professionalism to quickly rectify the error.
Practical and ergonomic
Good site with good information on products, unfortunately, first order, first shipping error, not corresponding to the order. Nevertheless, efficient customer service and quick and compliant return of the ordered parts after my first complaint message.
No delivery note in the first incomplete shipment, nor in the second regarding the remainder of the order.
Compliant with the order, but very long delay for certain parts. I still recommend it.
For the parts, it's okay but for the delivery times, it needs to be reviewed, not to mention the very poor communication if you have a delivery problem.
2 pieces were not compliant with my engine. The site was reactive afterwards, however.

Very unpleasant commercial relationship, I did not feel listened to, the customer service was much more professional after a reference problem and return of the part at my expense. The minimum was done, refund of the part and shipping costs I am not sure I will order from this site again.
Order placed on February 18 ..... received on March 16. Too long
Lamentable order tracking order placed on February 2 received on March 6 if I hadn't worried, I would never have heard anything no indication on the site for the availability of the parts and that frankly needs urgent modification positively, well informed about the type of part to order according to the type of material
Way too long between the order and delivery
Delivery of part of the parts with a note of apology for the missing ones. After a week of waiting, I contacted customer service to know the delivery date of the missing parts but the response received is "maybe towards the end of the month" which means a month of waiting and I'm not even sure to get my parts.
No order tracking. Out of 3 items, 1 not available, not notified, (I inquired by phone), no delay, still no news...

So-called problems with the Mercury supplier, after 10 days of waiting, Strangely at another distributor, I received the same part in 48 hours.... you need to review your supplier agreements or find another excuse... for the rest of the order no issues... I will not order from you again

Too long between the order date and the shipping date, ordered on December 12 and the parts still haven't arrived

The cover does not match what I saw on the other zodiac open pro 550 it is too short so it does not completely wrap the boat it is therefore exposed to the weather during winter storage. Too bad I will have to find a solution to protect the back of it.

My 4-liter oil can was half empty in the box.
I ordered a gas pump that unfortunately was defective... Indeed, it was slightly cracked and therefore the gasoline was leaking... I returned the part and have been waiting for a refund for a few days.
