Here is the information we have: On 4/8 the carrier was unable to deliver to the chosen pickup point. On 7/8 the pickup point refused the package. On 10/8 the package was redelivered to a pickup point. You picked up the package on 11/8. It seems there was a problem with the pickup point. We will ask the carrier for more information.
