We informed you as soon as you placed your order that the delivery time for the ordered part would be long. We kept you regularly updated with information received from the manufacturer. We offered you the cancellation and refund of your order, but you wished to maintain your order. This part was not available anywhere and therefore required patience. We understand that the wait was long, but there was no other solution and we are not responsible for it. The products from this supplier are in high demand worldwide.

Note that the customer service and sales service are very responsive, however on an order of 3 items, one reference did not match the photo on the site (return at my expense for a refund) and one missing item. Too bad.
We are sorry regarding the missing item that was overlooked. The necessary steps have been taken to resend it to you as soon as possible.
As for the item whose photo did not match, unfortunately, it is a change from the manufacturer who is no longer able to provide the complete pump and instead delivers a repair kit with the cover.

Very good site easy to use I had in my order 1 item that was out of stock, they sent me an email to give me the timelines and to ask if I wanted to wait or cancel the item in question from my order (I canceled it, refund of the item in 1 week on my bank account) All the other items received very quickly at the pickup point (1 week) They replaced a Quicksilver item (fuel filter) with another brand (surely they did not have it in stock) I recommend this site
The parts were delivered quickly. The only thing I would have to say is about the search for parts, some elements are missing to add, like the years of the engines, the types of engines to facilitate the search. But otherwise nothing to complain about, very good site, well-stocked, it allows to group all orders.
As usual, what else to say, a responsive site to our requests, fast and careful delivery. Very good contact by email or phone. Trying it is adopting it.

Good quality material. Welcoming contact person. But... on the site, presentation of unavailable material (- 1 star) For the second star less, please change the carrier, they let me down twice in less than 15 days with 2 different suppliers. Deliveries announced then canceled and impossible to get any information. This can only be detrimental to your image!

Not very happy with the part itself as none of my classic ratchet key squares fit that of the part. Maybe an adapter is needed, but this was not specified. Otherwise, order received quickly

There is no adapter for this tool.
As for filter keys, a 3/8 square must be used.
You can return the item and you will be refunded.
