Parcel delivered to parcel store despite giving our address for shipping. Parcel store closed could not pick up parcel now I was told in an e-mail parcel was not picked up will be sent back and we should pay the new shipping so that the package can be sent again. Unfortunately received an empty cream, which of course can always happen and which is not my problem. But customer service afterwards was a disaster. I only wanted the cream I paid for to be delivered. And then I was offered 40% off another item for ecological reasons and then they would send me the soap. But since it is for my mom and she has to try it out first to see if she tolerates it, it was a huge back and forth until they sent me the missing and paid item. But the 40% discount was then withdrawn again. Well, at least I hope that my mom will be successful with this soap and cream.

I ordered there for the first time and immediately received the wrong goods. Customer service responded by email after 3 days. Either a 40 percent voucher or a return label. Now, of course, I had chosen the return option as I couldn't do anything with the incorrectly delivered products. I looked for a DPD store and have now sent it back. Now I'm curious to see how long and whether I'll get the product I want. After all, 70 euros, which would otherwise be gone. No concession on the part of the store. No apology. It's not my fault if someone there makes a mistake. Everything takes a long time. I could have been a good customer, I am very disappointed.
