Frankly, the goat's milk soap is great, I can see the results, and the oil-free cream that I bought with it is top-notch. When I put it on, it dries fairly quickly and doesn't look like I've used cream, but I'm only giving it 2 stars because the oil-free cream comes in very small quantities, and it's still expensive even with a 40% discount.

My parcel did not arrive. Despite several emails about tracking, I didn't receive any. Instead, I was told to wait 30 days for the tracking request. After 2 months I would get my goods but only if I pay for postage again!!!! The customer service is outrageous.

I totally advise against it! I ordered a complete pack. The soap doesn't work at all, it dries out the skin. The worst is the cream which, when I apply it, causes an unpleasant tingling sensation. I'm extremely disappointed... I strongly advise against using this product. I've decided to stop using the products...

I have a real physical mailing address that all parcel services know, but not Pinup Secret's shipping department. So I can't place >orders to my address and have to find another address from friends. Furthermore, I cannot reset my password. It does ask for the registered email address for a password reset link. But there is definitely no email with the reset link.

It may work for some, but for me the goat's milk soap is far too drying (despite having oily/mixed skin). It destroyed my skin barrier a little, even though I diligently applied the matching cream (Creme Sans Huile) afterwards. The cream also rolled off if I didn't want to use it on its own (without any other potential cream or serum). But what is great is the scent of the products.

Absolute disaster. 2 orders within 4 weeks that have not arrived. Absolutely incompetent customer service, very poor communication by Pin Up with Klarna. I don't order anything there anymore, I'm still waiting for feedback from my order, placed on 15.12.23 Nobody knows where it is, I'm curious if I'll get my money back.
