Following an error in my order (received another product than the one ordered) the customer service offers me a coupon to buy my product that I had ordered by repaying the shipping costs. The soap dried out my face after 3 days of use and yet I have oily skin, the precious cream and the oil-free cream were not moisturizing enough to counterbalance the dryness brought by the soap. The mask is nothing more than a normal clay mask, the peeling is fine and the exfoliant has not yet been tested. I have to stop using soap and creams, I'm quite disappointed.
