Very disappointed with the Face Peel. Ineffective and texture really unpleasant and difficult to remove

So the first day of use everything goes well, I have a soft skin, but the following days I started to catch pimples while I NEVER had any! I had bought the goat milk soap because I had heard that it tightens the pores of the skin, and I find myself with a lot of pimples, knowing that I have never had pimples I am really very disappointed

After using the products I bought, I developed a lot of pimples that I didn't have at all before. My skin was very itchy when I applied them. I do not recommend pin up secret products.

The goat's milk soap and the cream are not suitable for my skin. The products burn me and leave me with dry patches. I put one star only for the gentle scrub, really disappointed.

I regularly order oil free cream and I ordered some here to test their new packaging but disappointed at the reception to see that the tube is still green and therefore impossible to finish the cream until the end even with the old packaging and the new one the cream remains at the bottom and impossible to break the glass to recover what remains at the bottom

Package received quickly (1 week) Disappointed to pay 15€ of customs fees when I used a 16€ promo code... It came back as the base price...

2 stars because the only positive point is the delivery time nothing to say, the time is well respected. On the other hand, surprise, I have one of my products where the lid is cracked. I wanted to tell you that I was very disappointed with the reception of the package and especially with the plastic added inside. I buy solid to not use all these plastic bottles anymore, and stop filling my garbage cans unnecessarily. I let you see in picture the quantity of waste received for only 1 product. I buy solid soaps elsewhere and I receive them in an adapted box, without any plastic and their state is impeccable. Moreover you add a plastic around the soap which is itself in a cardboard box! Unfortunately, I question the natural side of the soap that has been in contact (how long?) with this plastic very tight to the product. It's a shame, I don't think I'll order from you anymore

Phenomenal pimple outbreak while my skin is perfectly adapted to the criteria of the soap and much too expensive this product is not a treatment as the influencers like to sell it to us.

I bought the soap on the recommendation of several people and it turns out that it dries out my skin. And the dry oil doesn't help. Given the price I am disgusted. I think this is due to my skin and not the soap. What a shame.

Does not suit me at all. Dry and red skin since I use these products. The smell is not necessarily divine. I have a combination skin with some pimples sometimes, so I don't recommend for this type of skin. When I apply the cream after cleansing with soap, it burns me. Very disappointed.

Not at all suitable for dry and sensitive skin. Although I took the dry sensitive skin kit. My skin dried out even more. Until I had tightness and red patches on my face. I referred to it by mail but it suggests me to continue once a day. But still the same problem. So I stopped this routine and I took my usual routine. And my skin is almost back to normal. The least I could have done was to make a commercial gesture. Given that I ordered under your advice. So dry skin I would not recommend this range. It is a range more for oily skin and seborrheic tendency. So I threw the money out the window. Thank you for this loss of money.
