Fast and efficient order ! Mixed opinion on the products, I only recommend the soap (the oil-free cream and a mask ordered previously are very badly rated on Yuka: endocrine disruptors and even carcinogenic potential ..... pity!)

I regularly order oil free cream and I ordered some here to test their new packaging but disappointed at the reception to see that the tube is still green and therefore impossible to finish the cream until the end even with the old packaging and the new one the cream remains at the bottom and impossible to break the glass to recover what remains at the bottom

Package received quickly (1 week) Disappointed to pay 15€ of customs fees when I used a 16€ promo code... It came back as the base price...

2 stars because the only positive point is the delivery time nothing to say, the time is well respected. On the other hand, surprise, I have one of my products where the lid is cracked. When I use the soap as a mask (once a week and I've been using them for 2 weeks and a few days), it stings and the cream applied after cleansing does not relieve it. On the contrary, it dries my skin. I am disappointed despite all the positive reviews I have read. Too bad for me.

I wanted to tell you that I was very disappointed with the reception of the package and especially with the plastic added inside. I buy solid to not use all these plastic bottles anymore, and stop filling my garbage cans unnecessarily. I let you see in picture the quantity of waste received for only 1 product. I buy solid soaps elsewhere and I receive them in an adapted box, without any plastic and their state is impeccable. Moreover you add a plastic around the soap which is itself in a cardboard box! Unfortunately, I question the natural side of the soap that has been in contact (how long?) with this plastic very tight to the product. It's a shame, I don't think I'll order from you anymore

I love the soaps, but I have the impression that you have changed the components because the soaps do not have the same effect on the skin as the previous ones.
