The product removes impurities but dries the skin a lot. Before I always moisturized my skin with almond oil, creams etc, since I use pin up secret to remove impurities the soap dries my skin three times more. 2 stars because it removes impurities.

Usually there is no problem! But I was close to canceling my order because the shipping was so long. I was on vacation in France and almost left without having received my order, fortunately it happened the day I was flying!

I did not receive the order, but please do not contact pin up because a lost or stolen order is not their problem. They have to contact them every week to follow up on the process and the response time is not an issue. Very disappointed.

Goat's milk soap at the top and well rated on yuka but the oil free cream to avoid.... It is rated 2/100 on yuka and full of components bad for health (endocrine disruptor and thyroid). It's a shame to advertise such products.

No result for me. The cream has a dead skin effect but it's not really our dead skin, it's the cream that does it. Money thrown out the window again... thank you for ruining us by making us believe that it works!

quality product no worries but ..., on my account I see that the order is shipped ok, but after a week the package was still not arrived, so I go to the post office where the package was to arrive, the person asks me the tracking number and tells me that the package was still not taken care of ... finally the package arrived three days after Valentine's Day! really cool!!! and more it's really complicated to reach customer service ... I never had .....

Thanks to the soap I gained even more pimples than before! And when I left it on as a mask, my skin burned. As a result, I have a face with pimples everywhere and a burned skin, totally dry. I strongly advise against it.

I really liked the hand cream, but not the soap at all. I got up with it for ten days and as I have acne-prone skin, it got worse and I have lots of other small pimples that hurt like hell, so I'm not at all satisfied with the soap, it made my case worse and it's very expensive.
