A lot of advertising for products that are not worth it. My skin is burnt and my acne has gotten worse. I don't recommend this product at all and am angry at myself for buying it. These products are just marketing, done by instagrammers.

The jar of cream arrived with dry residue all over the inside of the lid and on top of the cream! Disappointing especially for the quality / price ratio. Nothing to say about the soaps that arrived in good condition.

I have for several days a burning sensation when I applied the precious cream... I have atopic skin, sensitive skin with eczema tendencies I do not recommend the cream even if according to the site it is adapted otherwise the goat milk soap and the gentle exfoliating care I have not much to say no change on my skin.

I did not receive the right products. I had to waste my time at the post office to return the wrong products. Once the products were received by pin-up the right products were sent to me but not received in time for my Christmas gifts. I regret that I did not receive a commercial gesture.

Very bad experience because I never received my package. Colissimo is very bad in delivery my package appears given in the box I did the tour of my neighbors and I never received it. I have complained to the post office but no one cares. It's the postman's word and I have no recourse and I paid for a care that I never received. I am disgusted

I ordered a boxed set for Christmas. My order arrived without the boxed set...the products were wrapped in bubble wrap one by one and put in the shipping box...it looks like a boxed set. I am disappointed with this order.

I am not satisfied with the soap and the cream. These products are supposedly beneficial for skin problems (eczema, psoriasis, etc.), but I feel a lot of tingling and burning on my face after application.
