Given the cost of the products, it would have been obvious to send the product box in a packaging other than a damaged cardboard box with the bulk products inside, especially since the box is to be offered. Very very limited, I would even say petty.

Bad delivery service I ordered several times from you and I was never satisfied with the delivery except for one time before the first order where I was delivered to my home and the other times to relay points that I never asked for and the worst is the last order where they delivered me 35 minutes from my home a hibte of pkus when I contacted your service they told me that the delivery will be at my expense so I asked for the cancellation of my order

A lot of advertising for poor quality. An after-sales service that is not very explicit. The smell of the products is not pleasant. The products leave a dry skin, the day cream is sticky and the mask causes unpleasant tingling for the skin to the point of being forced to remove it for fear of being burned. Catastrophic! I don't recommend it at all! I still haven't received my package after 15 days of ordering. The delivery tracking indicates that the delivery man came but that I was absent. But I was at home at the time indicated, no delivery man showed up, no notice was left in my mailbox. Pinup asks me to pay a second time my shipping costs if I want to receive my package! I am still waiting for a refund for my undelivered order. First disastrous experience. I will not recommend this site again.
