Terrible customer service. I contacted them over a month ago and I have never received a response regarding my billing issue. I find that deplorable.

Bad article, and still no response to my return!

My chamomile cream is so thick that nothing comes out of the pump dispenser. My facial scrub is a solid lump.

The shipment has not arrived until today.

Delivery is only available in selected stores. The package has now been returned. I request a refund of the costs

No change, my creams are not effective, expensive for what it is, I will not order again

DPD is simply not a good transport company. I still haven't received my goods.

My package was returned to the shop because it could not be delivered at the parcel shop.

Before using your products, my skin was in very good condition, without acne or redness. I have combination skin, only prone to a few discreet comedones on the sides of the nose and the chin, without particular dryness or irritation. During the first use of the "Precious Complexion" soap, which I left on for about a minute, I immediately felt tingling. I then applied the "Glow Booster Secret" soap (with turmeric) for about two minutes, before gently rinsing with water. Shortly after, I noticed significant redness and burning on my face, comparable to a sunburn, as well as a small scratch on my left cheek that bled slightly. These symptoms persisted for several days despite the application of Dexeryl cream to soothe the skin.

Not satisfactory.

the products burned my skin

I was delivered to a pickup point that I did not select, 30 minutes from my home, which is a 1-hour round trip by car. No explanation or compensation offered, I will not order from you again.

A well-known influencer who works with Pinup Secret confirmed that the order would be duplicated but I only received one package!!

Very disappointed with my first order. I wrote a message to report a malfunction in my received order and I did not get a response. Not serious.

My goods were allegedly delivered and are not accessible to me.

packet was half open and it was simply put in the mailbox.. although it didn't fit..

A pickup at the myFlexbox station was not possible - very lengthy refund process, but it ultimately occurred.

I bought the soap years ago and I have to say something has changed. My skin feels very dry after cleansing!

Unfortunately, my package never arrived - also the service for the feedback from Pin up is catastrophic, I have to fill out a form in English and send my ID - the goods were paid for but never arrived!!

Not satisfied, package was returned without reason and I don't see why I should pay for resending.

Really bad, I was at home and the delivery was supposedly undeliverable. Then the package was taken to the other side of the city where I had to drive 40 minutes to get it, only to not receive it because my ID was not sufficient as a picture for the kiosk owner. Never again!

I haven't received a package until today. It has obviously been lost in transit, but I am not getting a replacement delivered either. No, I haven't gotten my money back either.
