I contacted you to tell you that the soap I received must have a defect but I have no answer to date!

Product error on delivery. After-sales service contacted but only solution is to send back the wrong product to receive the right one (attention no protection packaging so product opened and touched before discovering that it was not the right one, will they use it for someone else?! Very worrying) or 50% discount. Namely that they sponsor a thousand influencers who already give 40% on the whole site. In short, it's up to the customers to make every effort, to print the return slip, to repack and to queue at the post office because of their mistake... and all this to send back a product that I opened, touched and closed but it doesn't show because there is no protection on the product so I didn't want to do that for the future buyers who might receive a product already opened and I don't plan to spend more than the 70€ already spent. In short a lot of marketing and sponsoring but no gesture towards the paying customers to repair their errors.... otherwise for the products I would post an avi after some time of use.

There's a persistent chemical smell on the soap. The brush is not as soft, as noted in the comments. Moreover, I can't use it to make a mask with goat milk. 8€ per brush. I don't understand. I must not have received the right products.

Disappointed because I ordered a box for a gift and I received my creams without a box.

I didn't receive the right box set (obviously I received the less interesting one)! And the after-sales service sends me back to the carrier. Very disappointed!!!!

The soap smells so strong that I can't keep it in my bathroom/bedroom. This chemical smell scares me when I put this soap on my skin.

I received an order with the box open and some products missing. I immediately contacted customer service by email. I have indicated that I took several photos, I even kept the box ... The answer is surprising: the package is weighed before leaving the warehouse, turn around against the post office. I hope the package was complete! They didn't even try to get more pictures or more details and preferred to answer "you're on your own !" I'm sorry, but this is not serious at all. And to top it all off, they send from an email address that we can't reply to. I'm extremely disappointed in customer management!

I had already tried goat's milk and it worked very well but this time the soap gives me pimples!!!! While my skin was fine.

It's taking a while for me to get my package in.

For me this brand is mainly a publicity and marketing coup. From the first week, big pimples appeared on my face, my skin being however normally without imperfections.

I ordered the oil-free cream for the second one, I received a cream that did not have the same smell, texture, or feel as the first one. Customer service who does not want to hear anything while I compared my cream with that of a friend no report so I would not recommend much damage because real favorite on my first oil-free cream order.

Daily use in soap and mask once a week. Appearance of pimples, dilated pores. I will not recommend this product.

Product that doesn't suit me at all. Very drying for the skin

Not moisturizing enough

Product smells great but for the moment no change, I have been using Pin up for almost 2 weeks now... a lot of redness, burning and tightness of the skin after the goat's milk soap, so I opted for 1x per day instead of 2x per day.

Very fleshy soap I've been using it for more than a week now and no disappointing results 😞

Doubtful soft exfoliating care, very unpleasant smell and no commercial gesture even though it is not my first order.

Hello for the soap 🧼 I have an allergic reaction I have the face which became red and the skin has to depilate and concerning the cream and the scrub I have not tested yet

The soap is great but the mask and the face cream without oil are really to review

It takes 30 days to trigger a refund, and then you have to wait for the bank's deadlines. INADMISSIBLE

Not too many results...

Disappointed because having a very atopic skin I had been sold its merits but after several tries I do not know if it is the soap or moisturizer but each time it causes me to have acne and having recently developed the vernal disease that causes abscesses it also made me accentuate abscesses on the face and moreover have left traces!

Not suitable for my skin. I think that in order to use this product and tolerate it, it is better to have an oily skin.

The brush is very bad it loses it's hairs.

The soap makes my face tingle and gives me plaques, maybe it doesn't fit. It smells great.

I ordered the goat's milk soap: a disaster! It is not at all suitable for my skin, I ended up with hyper dry skin and red patches...Looking at the reviews, I found that I was not the only one to notice these effects...Sensitive skin refrain !!!!

Failure to meet delivery deadlines

Dissatisfied with my purchases. The soap is very stripping and even after I put the cream on, my skin was attacked and heated. I still lasted 3 days because it was said that I had to use it for several days before seeing results but frankly, I then stopped everything because of tightness, patches, heated skin... I was very disappointed with the publicity and the promise that was made!

One of the products in the package did not comply. The box had already been opened. However, the package was undamaged.
