Product no good quality service after wind zero

Very good quality products

Too bad I couldn't put 0 out of 5 because I paid on December 21st and I still don't have my order.

I'm not so sure about that. I almost feel like it's a scam. No change in the stains on my face and the Secret Got Milk Cream (precious cream), dries out my face enormously... except for the good smell of the products I ordered.

Hello not satisfied at all. Incompetent TV is the last time I order your products. I hate you for your incompetence. The unpleasant publicity will be as quick as my turn. Thank you and good evening.

Soap that cleans the skin very well, makes it soft therefore for my part after 3 weeks of use a lot of pimples that occur ... very disappointed on this side

The products didnt suit my son's skin and its sad that there's no refund for the set.

Let's take the oil-free cream, I analyzed the ingredients label, there are about 6 toxic, irritating compounds with carcinogenic potential. I understand better why some people say that after trying this product they have even more pimples, one compound in particular prevents the pores of your skin from breathing! And all the products ordered are harmful to our health. So if you hesitate, I do not recommend this brand, there are much more natural and healthy cosmetics for our skin. I would like to specify that since I didn't use the products after these revelations, I sent them back to the brand. The customer service is responsive and has taken my request into account, waiting for the reception of the package in their premises and this fact of the refund.

Pin up secret uses ingredients from the dead sea which for certain beliefs and religion is forbidden. I didn't know that so I won't recommend it anymore.

Still no news from the After Sales Service, I am still missing a product from my order.

Actually, I don't understand. I didn't receive my order at all. Only 2 of my ordered items arrived the rest have been replaced by other items?! I don't understand what happened.

The soap gives me a rash on my cheeks, I sent an email to customer service and got no feedback.

Horrible! Just after two days of using the huge and painful pimples that were appearing on my face I wanted to continue, telling myself that it was probably normal, but I had more and more pimples and I had to areter. Now I'm struggling to heal the huge pimples on my face and I'm losing money.

I think it's made for the skin because it dries the skin but it doesn't remove blackheads at all.

Very, very disappointed. I was motivated because I bought 2 soaps and 2 creams. But here! Honestly... It dries (my) skin and the cream stings! I'm not talking about the smell because everyone has his own tastes and smells, what pleases one doesn't necessarily please the other.

The packaging is just mediocre soap buy at 28€ broken receipt and in a simple bubble envelope it could put a nice soap box or a small cardboard pouch given the price of the soap

Soap smells good. Nice to use but it dries my skin a lot...

I bought the precious cream and the soap and this combination makes my skin extremely dry not made for me apparently! I do not recommend
