Pin up secret uses ingredients from the dead sea which for certain beliefs and religion is forbidden. I didn't know that so I won't recommend it anymore.

It's a pity the delivery is long and untidy. We receive a damaged soap in a plastic wrapping, but the prices are also abnormal. And for my acneic skin it gives me 3 times more pimples when I've been using it for 6 months. Wouldn't recommend it and probably won't buy it again. Too bad

Of course we always expect miracle products and here again but unfortunately miracles don't exist. I'm disappointed and I wouldn't recommend his products.

I only received 1/2 of my order (1 soap and 1 cream): the soap was not in the box - no delivery note in the box. I sent an email to customer service (fast response but only to tell me that my order was delivered) - I re-sent an email to explain ... I received a response to tell me to look into it with the post office ... as if a postman was going to steal a soap ... I have been very satisfied with your service and products ...

Actually, I don't understand. I didn't receive my order at all. Only 2 of my ordered items arrived the rest have been replaced by other items?! I don't understand what happened.

The soap gives me a rash on my cheeks, I sent an email to customer service and got no feedback.

Horrible! Just after two days of using the huge and painful pimples that were appearing on my face I wanted to continue, telling myself that it was probably normal, but I had more and more pimples and I had to areter. Now I'm struggling to heal the huge pimples on my face and I'm losing money.

I think it's made for the skin because it dries the skin but it doesn't remove blackheads at all.

Very, very disappointed. I was motivated because I bought 2 soaps and 2 creams. But here! Honestly... It dries (my) skin and the cream stings! I'm not talking about the smell because everyone has his own tastes and smells, what pleases one doesn't necessarily please the other.

The packaging is just mediocre soap buy at 28€ broken receipt and in a simple bubble envelope it could put a nice soap box or a small cardboard pouch given the price of the soap

Soap smells good. Nice to use but it dries my skin a lot...

I bought the precious cream and the soap and this combination makes my skin extremely dry not made for me apparently! I do not recommend

In the Black Friday offers all the options were presented with this beautiful gold and white very stylish box which finally convinced me to select your product that I had planned to OFFER ! I had also heard about the notoriety of the brand I am writing to express the feeling of disappointment and anger that I had when I opened my package with BULK ! products not presented in a box as indicated in the reference " crazy days% face box : cf pj It's the first time that I receive a " product box ", without the box ;!!!! We make fun of the customer ! I expected to offer a gift of Quality, with a beautiful presentation in accordance with the notoriety of the brand and I find myself with boxes of creams wrapped in bubble wrap ! not to mention that the base price suggests with some evidence that the shipment will be done automatically with this presentation, it's the first time I see this in a brand !! it's really misleading the customer, for a first contact customer satisfaction and trust are not there. I regularly order my goat's milk soap because it is a need. However, the delivery service is deplorable! I live in Belgium and the packages are sometimes delivered with the envelope torn and no bowl for me it happened to me to receive an empty envelope without the Soap I paid for! Very disappointed with the customer service who did absolutely nothing although I brought the Only Proof In My Possession! I would have liked to put a higher note but because of this inconvenience without compensation I can't! Otherwise the soap is great!

Disappointed with the after-sales service, the order was very late to be processed and sent despite messages informing that the shipment was quite urgent.

I use the soap and exfoliator daily. The skin remains dry even after the application of the oil-free cream . I find the products expensive for the result.

My previous orders were perfect but my last one made this site finished for me. No answer to my emails since my last order was never delivered on 03/12 and on 05/12 it did not move I am disappointed.

Delivery time long and forgot to send one of the products, answer after 5 days so the product will not arrive for Christmas when it was a disappointed gift.

My package arrived in a very bad condition, it deteriorated the products, whereas the packaging is supposed to be done with care.

I am very disappointed for this order the products were packaged anyhow the boxes were all damaged in my order there was a box I did not receive the box but the elements thrown in bulk in the box very disappointed due to care taken to the packaging
