I find it a real shame that for customers who really buy your products all the time there are no discounts. Very disappointing.

I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone who will rip you off without hesitation. When I ordered, something was missing and they wouldn't listen. They're just crooks! On top of that you can find the same ones for less than 10 euros at the little Marseilles shop 😉 so clearly you're being cheated by buying these products far too expensive for what they are. I don't advise anyone and I won't recommend them again. People are going to know that you are crooks, don't worry.

As much as I am an absolute fan of goat soap, I wanted to test the precious cream and it was an absolute disaster! My skin began to peel and burn for 2 days while I urgently switched to another moisturizer. Never again for me 😅 if you have sensitive or dry skin don't take it!

I buy a box as a gift and as a result I have bulk products. Why put "box" in your titles since there is no box. It's a bad idea to offer a tube of cream like this. At the price of the products you could make the effort to put a box.

HELLO, I am very disappointed with my order, when manages to collect your products and especially your boxes they arrive in beautiful boxes, mine arrived in a vulgar cardboard box. This is what is clearly called misleading advertising and I had a skin reaction and had the appearance of several small pimples. I'm very unhappy...

Not at all satisfied with her products can be apart from the oil free cream but try it when all the pimples and plaques as I had an allergic reaction to the product after 1 week of use and all this after taking all the sensitive and problem skin products.

personally I have redness, plaques and pimples normally it must be the opposite ☹️ disappointed after for the delivery a lot of delay 10 days of waiting at least, I continue to use the products but once a month I spent 80€ I do not want to throw them away but I order more because not effective on my skin it has damaged me the skin

Soap smells great. But so far (1 week since I started using the soap) I still don't have any change. I have an acne problem, with spots due to this acne, but since I use it there is no change. Maybe I have to wait a little longer to see the change.

Price much too high for the quality of the products. No real transparency (goats are no longer milked by hand in this day and age to make so much soap for example).

I am not at all satisfied with the packaging: a bubble wrap for a soap in plastic film is not enough to withstand all the shocks of transport. Neither tissue paper nor extra bubbles. For a gift, the soap is really not presentable because it is full of blows. At the price of the soap, I expected a more careful packaging.

This product has made my skin look awful, rashes, purulent eczema, this product is probably not for me.

It burns my face

Unfortunately after 1 month of use I noticed absolutely no difference, except that my skin is drier... I am so disappointed I will not buy again, especially considering the price. Keep your money!

I'm disgusted with these products! I bought a box set. The mask stung my face, I had to rinse it off because it was burning me. The soap dries the skin and also the hands. After 4 days I had to stop using it because I had dark circles under my eyes as if I had wrinkles. It dried the skin under my eyes. I spent a week getting back to my usual skin by moisturizing 3 times a day. I don't recommend it at all. 135 euros lost especially this moment is a shame.

Products full of endocrine disruptors

The soap works less well this time than when I last ordered it, dear.

I ordered the whole secret pinup face range following a friend's recommendation and positive reviews. My opinion is divided ... I was disappointed and astonished to see for a high price, the chemical and harmful composition of the ingredients in the following products: oxy mineral purifying mask and the oil-free cream which contain phenoxyethanol and Benzophenone which are allergens and the latter can be carcinogenic. This caused me to get red patches on my face which fortunately went away after 48 hours... On the other hand, as far as the peeling, cream, goat's milk soap and the gentle exfoliating care are concerned, the composition is correct but the list is quite long ... Moisturizing and pleasant on the skin. In conclusion, these are rather good products except for the two I mentioned at the beginning of the commentary. But the quality/price ratio is not there. It's pure marketing. I prefer 100 times the Cien de lidle cream for 3rd with a restricted list of ingredients and more moisturizing and beneficial for the skin.

Disappointed with the product that was sold as revolutionary I lost 39€.

I received the package very quickly and I'm very happy with the products, but the customer service is really bad, I contacted pin-up secret to tell them that I had received my package, but not the precious cream that should contain this box so I reported and made a dispute with paypal and apart from a rather incomprehensible email, nothing is done on the customer service side damage his will be my only and last order

Soap and cream without oil ordered, received that the soap and customer service responds that the weight was there and therefore everything was in accordance but the result I paid for two items and I have half the order very unsatisfied

Honestly, the cream, peel and soap (yes because it is given the function of a face mask... LOL, it's really only a soap... at 26 €, anyway) don't live up to their promises. I'll even say better, these products tend to give me pimples. Let's add to that a cheap packaging like never... disappointed !!!!

Catastrophic I strongly advise against this product, it gave me huge pimples and redness, it dries out the skin. TO RUN! Go see a dermatologist and do not waste your time with these trivialities.

Soap is fine for me as a treatment but not as a mask because it dries out my skin. The cream has a good texture but does not moisturize enough. I apply it in the first layer and then I put a very moisturizing cream in the second layer. I see that these are quality products but they are not really suitable for my skin, too bad.
