Customer reviews of Pinup Secret

It is a product that contains components that are not recommended during pregnancy. There is no information about this on the site or on the product packaging. I've looked at the consumer reviews myself. So I am not currently using my product because I am pregnant.

1st package ever arrived 2 months to receive my article just sent in an envelope. Disappointed with the service but not with the product

Pleasant feeling on the skin very good for the oil-free cream but for the rest no change for acne so expensive for not much ...

Order supposedly delivered never received

Catastrophic! Two weeks I use it and all the pimples come out. I keep on using it for another week just in case, and then I stop if there is no improvement.

Makes the skin dry, irritated. I wouldn't recommend it.

I did not receive my order

Created more buttons for me than I already had. Too bad, I'd been getting good feedback on this product...

Soap received in poor condition. The customer service didn't quite live up to my expectations. I have received a coupon code, thank you very much, but this does not solve the problem. The soap should have been packed properly which was not the case. It was bound to get damaged, Cdlt.

Pas bien

My package was returned after just 3 days of waiting to pick it up from the merchant. In spite of 2 messages later or I was expecting an answer we will send you back this one it is an error. I am indeed answered we see that your order has returned to us but we wait until it returns to us in our premises to start the dispute to find out what really happened and then we will deliver again ... but I will pay for this order and in return I expect delivery and not that you still take the time to make the meal when I am not at fault. From the moment you can see that this order is returning why make me wait to send me another one without wasting my time again. Do not exaggerate either

Ineffective

It's been a week that I use the soap so too early to give my opinion, however I was very disappointed at the reception of the package, zero in terms of packaging at 26 € the soap you could at least put it in a cloth pouch. Unacceptable

The company is aware that there are other fraudulent sites in their names and they do nothing! And when a victim of the scams comes to explain the problem to them you have people without sympathy who tell you ba it's not us you've been scammed! Not even an excuse because the scam is in their name! Even if their soaps are good, the communication sucks!

Brings out the pimples a week of use after...and scratches at the neck. I would not recommend

Nice product, strong smell when opening the soap. I don't have any obvious results yet... to see in time.

Hello, I have received my order but one item is missing.

Random delivery

It took me 4 and a half months to receive my package and it was returned to sender and I still had to pay the return shipping costs. I find that unacceptable.

High price and I use since August 1, 2020 these products mntn and I am them no change I would wash with a normal soap it would be the same

I'm afraid the precious cream I ordered got hot in the relay point. The texture is very liquid and dries out my skin very much, as if I was only putting on water and it lacked moisture. The appearance is a rather transparent liquid with lumps of cream. I don't think this is normal and I'm terribly disappointed to have paid for a product that was not insured when it was delivered/stored at the relay point offered by Pin Up Secret. Notice to other consumers: DO NOT ORDER IN SUMMER, YOU RISK TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. I would like to try to recommend this cream with another delivery point but I can't risk throwing the money away unless the brand makes a commercial gesture to me and takes into account the heat wave that is not always well provided by delivery services. As for the mask soap, always satisfied, this product is top! I highly recommend it, it works miracles (even for sunburns that it soothes).

Has no manpower on me hasn't made my spots a flop for me no change

I didn't like this product at all I'm disappointed it gave me an acne flare-up that I can't get rid of.

When I opened my package at home my bottle of oil free cream was broken so I am very disappointed I will not recommend it anymore it's a shame because I like these products very much crdlm Audrey markarian

A little disappointed with the oil-free cream, it is not the same container, it cuts it does not have the same smell.

Cava but too expensive for just soap and the smell is horrible, I wouldn't recommend it.

Top soap on the other hand the peeling is of no interest it is very difficult to remove, and gentle exfoliating care very disappointing 90% cream and 10% grain as much to say that it exfoliates nothing at all, given the price is very disappointing

I have been using the soap for a year morning and evening, then I use the mask twice a week as well as the precious cream, but for the last 3 days I have had an allergy rash of pimples... and when I use the cream and soap the pimples become redder. Have you changed the composition of the products?
