The products are of good quality however Order 2 batches and receive only 1. That's a limit. I had to restart and wait 10 days for an answer with a simple excuse and without any gesture from pinup. 1 month to have my products paid 200€ is not great. My daughter and I had our face peeled and then it filled up with pimples after 2 days of use.

3rd purchase of soap. This one lasted me only 3 weeks for one use per day only. Concerning the purchase of the oil-free cream, the pump was not working. No refund was made and no compliant product was returned.

I couldn't find any change, it dries out the pimples and the skin, but nothing more ! However they have a very good smell that I loved 🤩

The product irritated me a lot and dried out my skin due to my sensitive skin, but I'm not the only one to notice this dryness, I don't know if it's normal or not, as long as the product adapts.
