Your products are a never-ending scam. Peeling does not remove dead skin although the impression is good. Soap doesn't work at all, on the contrary, it created skin problems for me. The mask dries out the skin, that's all. And finally the scrub makes the skin oily. The oil-free cream does not moisturize the skin. I went to my Dermatologist's and I intend to sue you for false advertising.

I did receive the soap but you had sent it to me in a simple bubble envelope and my soap was damaged. At 26€ the soap I would still have liked it to be sent with care. I tried the soap morning and evening with masks twice a week and after drying my skin I only saw a slight improvement on the pimples but not on the spots. I would look for another solution. Thank you for the quick delivery.

I am very pleased with the delivery. I have received all items in my order in two shipments just as you stated in your order. When I contact the customer service department they send me the same email 2x straight away with the same message saying that they are going to start a contest with the post office. But I still haven't heard from them yet. Since December 23rd 2019 my package has not moved from the warehouse. I won't recommend it anymore.

I asked for an exchange of the product or a refund => the after-sales service doesn't want to hear anything because it's quite normal that some jars have no seal and it's the transport that damaged the packaging of only one jar of cream, which moreover was the only product without a seal...I won't order anymore on this site.

I bought a box as a gift for 116€ and pin-up secret did not send a box (as indicated on the site) but the items as is in a vulgar cardboard box. I reported this to customer service who replied that the term box mentioned on the site did not mean a packing box at all. it's really very petty considering the price of the products, this salesman plays with words to mislead his customers because the term box would have been much clearer. this is the first and last time I order products from them because there is a lot of competition and the consumer always has a choice. The attention paid to these customers is zero
