Hello, I contacted your after-sales service because my oil-free cream has a malfunction. The dispenser is out of order so it is impossible to use my cream. This is my second order and I am extremely disappointed. I was just asking for a nozzle to make the dispenser work. But I am being asked to return the product. I can't use my cream and I am being asked to take further steps !

Very disappointed with the soap leaves my skin very dry and red. I don't use it anymore, I used it for 4 days and it was worse on the 4th day so I stopped using it.

After I placed my order I wanted to cancel my order because I had many bad comments about the product. I asked to cancel my order a few minutes after I placed it, but of course my order had already been made and the refund was no longer possible ! Not even 1 hour after the order we should be able to cancel it is nonsense!

Disappointed with the packaging. I thought I would receive a box with the products inside because it's a gift and I chose this format to give it away. Given the name of the product: I thought I would have it in a box, but otherwise I have not tested the product, it's not for me and it's for Christmas. So I have no feedback on the effectiveness or not of the product. Positive point: fast delivery

I received the order perfectly without any worries, within the right time frame... but on the other hand I am disappointed with the quality of the products and the effectiveness, because at first I could see the difference, and after 1 week and a half of care... I had a bad reaction, that is to say that I had my head full of tiny little red pimples, and so I was even more complex about what I was already... So very, very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed the oil free face cream of anything I would surely not put on my face plus the pump doesn't even work....fast delivery but that's it... you use influencers for your products to incite to buy shame on you and them...

I'm happy with my order. However, the pump on my cream bottle is not working. After writing to customer service I was told that the pump was broken, and that the only solution was to cut the end of the hose... not great customer service.

I wanted to try it because of the reality show people and frankly I am disappointed I see no but really no change on my skin I still have as many spots I still have as many pimples my skin is just drier. I wouldn't buy your products again.
