After applying the soap and cream, my skin reacted very badly, I broke out in giant hives and my skin became drier than ever. I have never had such ugly skin. I am very disappointed! I don't recommend it. I took it for my eczema but it must not have cured it all !!!!

I would NOT recommend it at all. After a week of use I had pimples under the skin and it hurts ! Although I had never had this before ... my skin became catastrophic - I stopped everything and lost money in the process! It's a shame...

Very bad experience, terrible delivery to a relay point 15km from my home, while I had asked for the relay point just in front of my home, at 1 minute, I could not pick up my package a week after receiving confirmation because of the relay point which is 15km from my home at very crazy times 8h-11h30 for a person who works his summer a galley to recover my package I had to pose a morning, great! Moreover in the parcel only the product no return label just in case and no order form. So lamentable to see for the product but already it's a disaster ...

I would like to inform you that I have received the product with no problems and am very pleased with the service. I have only been using the product for a few days so far so it hasn't been a great change but it cleanses very well but not to be used twice a day as it dries out the skin.

Goat's milk and cream soap without oil ordered twice. The first time it took forever for the package to arrive. Customer service is not responsive. The second time, the quality of the pump through which the cream comes out leaves something to be desired because to get the right amount of cream I have to press for a long time. These are good products but unfortunately if you are not an instagrameuse you are not entitled to the same quality service what a pity! I recommend the products, but only if the people who work at pinup manage the customer side better.

After several months of trying, I'm disappointed. I only took the soap. So in July I decide to take the soap. I had a few hot spots but nothing to worry about. Already after 2 weeks of use I had a lot of pimples that came out (a little bigger than heat pimples) and now it's November 10th I still use this soap I don't know why, maybe I didn't want to make a bad comment but here I still have these same pimples. I have an oily skin, I find that it matifies well but this problem of pimples on the cheeks is disappointing. Too bad!

The order arrived well, I had ordered a cream, a soap and an exfoliant. Alas, after only two days of use, I had a lot of small pimples on my face, my skin became very dry (I have a very oily skin), in short, a catastrophe. I contacted the Pinup Secret service (on the plus side, they are very reactive) and I was told that this was completely normal because the soap has the property of bringing out all the impurities in order to eliminate them, but honestly I don't want to continue. However, my sister uses these products and she did not have the same reactions as me. This is why I am only given one star. I think it varies according to skin type.
