I used to like this site very much, unfortunately since my last order nothing is going well anymore. Half of my products were open and I sent a message on messenger, they answered me quite quickly but did not offer anything and did not apologize. Also with my last goat milk soap I had two reactions, my skin was burnt, although I've been using this product for 2 years now. It is only when I use the new one that I have a reaction, the dosage is probably wrong.

I ordered my soap on October 27th and finally got it today, October 15th! I'm not at all happy that you put the postal address in a Neighbouring city and not the one I chose! And it's been 10 days that I've been running between the post offices to find out where my package is! Congratulations for a shipment that should only be 48 hours!

The products are of very good quality, however the delivery time is not the one indicated on the site. 1 week delivery time instead of 24-48h according to Pin-Up Secret. This soap has no effect on my skin, even though I use it regularly. Influencers sell the product as a miraculous soap for pimples, exema, redness ... etc. I tested it but frankly zero. No improvement in my skin.
