I was rather satisfied until the arrival of my parcel which, despite 4 people designated to pick it up at the delivery address (my home), ended up at the post office of my commune, without anyone explaining to me the miracle by which the delivery address was changed? Amazing....

I received two products in bad condition and I had to send several emails to get just a 50% offer on one of them. For testing the oil free cream and the peel I do not recommend these products. The only product I recommend is the goat's milk soap but it is a bit expensive anyway.

The products are very good, but I am completely disappointed with the after-sales service. I ordered several kits, and I am missing two products in my order. The customer service doesn't want to know anything and redirects me to the post office. Inadmissible, too bad considering the quality of their products!

Very disappointed! Product arrived wet and sticky. Empty mouthing mask, which on the first use totally burned me, and I still have a rash. The customer service is to be reviewed only answer for the half-empty pot, a coupon code that forces me to buy a product to make up for the lack of product! Peeling and soap good and pleasant on the other hand the cream no effect can be the cream with oil would have been better for the skin.

Products that have caused an allergic reaction on my face, ++ pimples and eye irritation, dehydrated skin etc.

Hello, I received my order 993970127 but the bottle opened in the package .... I immediately made a complaint on the site but no return, no commercial gesture .... nothing! No customer service !!

I am very, very disappointed with your delivery service. I had ordered a soap and cream without oil except that when I arrived at the post office the card was damaged and one product was missing inside. PinUp secret did not want to reimburse me for this mistake on their part. The commercials made by the show bez person are misleading! I don't recommend it.

I received my order completely crushed and the products broken . I was very pleased with the delivery and the pills. I had previously been paying a very high price through prescriptions from my local GP.

A product open to transport but the customer service did what was necessary even if I had to throw the product away because of reaction to the product.

Hello JAi made an order recently explaining that I had a problem with a bottle with a pump and in return I was told to cut the stem ... the product does not come up I will not have fun to break the bottle a little easy to answer that ... really disappointed...

The small pump for the cream does not work so unusable, the sav tells me they can't do anything because they have no more pump stock. The smell of the cream is really strong and unpleasant. Very disappointed because in the end it's only a company that sells dreams and just wants to make a big publicity stunt through the networks!

I didn't get a savo. Pinup, but the customer service won't listen and says it's the post office. It's shameful.

Article received different from the one ordered. At first I received a proposal for a commercial gesture but unfortunately after accepting their offer I didn't hear from them again. I am therefore disappointed by this experience.

I've never had so many pimples as with this soap... miracle results? That'll teach me to listen to reality TV "stars" paid to sell products at exorbitant prices and totally ineffective. Short trashcan direction for me.

A disaster in the after-sales service. I received the wrong product in my order, so far the after-sales service hasn't found a solution for me yet. This is outrageous and I am disappointed.

The PinUp Secret products are truly quality products. On the other hand, the same cannot be said of the team and the after-sales service. During my first 2 orders, the selected relay point was not respected and my parcels were delivered contrary to my request. Today, I'm asking for home delivery, which is not at all convenient for me as I work and given the very light hours of the post office ..... It's always a pain to be delivered and to get your parcel back. In addition, my precious cream had been opened and was in bad condition. In spite of my emails and photos, no feedback from customer service. The products are great as long as we can pick up our package at the requested place and in good condition!

I've had tight skin and pimples. The cream is mega thick and the scrub doesn't erase anything.

I paid 56€ for the range and I don't use the precious cream or the soap. The soap dries the skin too much and I put the cream on as if I didn't do anything. Except for the scrub which is not bad.

Dry the skin! The products are not made in France :(

Product too expensive, arrive in a vulgar envelope. Given the price, I'm hoping for something more luxurious.

I have no problem with the site itself. I bought the soap but it doesn't meet my expectations. Since I've been using it I have acne pimples that I didn't have before I discovered these products through "product placements" I use it as advised but I don't get the results I expected.

Because from the first use I had burns and my face became all red for 4 days.

A purpose of the site to validate my order at my old address while I had returned and validated the new one. Result I did not receive my order and was not refunded.
